About me
I have been wildly curious about human beings for as long as I can remember. I was very introspective and fascinated by the ways we attach and relate to one another. —wondering about emotions, relationships, and the often unseen forces that shape how we attach, love, and protect ourselves. That curiosity continues to guide my work as a therapist and informs the care, attention, and presence I bring into the therapeutic relationship.
I am US-trained clinical social worker, having completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work. My background grounds me in a systemic and relational lens—attuned not only to your inner world, but also to the cultural, familial, historical and societal contexts that shape it. In addition to my clinical work, I serve on faculty at Arizona State University in the Master of Social Work program and work as a Field Liaison, supporting students as they step into the field and discover their own therapeutic identities.
Clinically, my work is influenced by somatic approaches and Internal Family Systems, and has increasingly deepened into psychoanalytic and Jungian inquiry. I am especially interested in the unconscious patterns that emerge in relationships, the symbolic language of the psyche, and the ways early attachment experiences live on in the present moment. I believe therapy is not just about insight, but about what unfolds between us—where ruptures can be named, explored, and thoughtfully repaired.
I hold deep respect for people of all identities, cultures, and lived experiences. I approach this work with humility and ongoing reflection, remaining attentive to how my own identities and inner world may shape our work together. I welcome feedback, tension, and emotional activation as meaningful material—often pointing us toward something alive and important.
My hope is to create a space where you feel met in the in-between moments, where curiosity replaces judgment, and where we can explore your inner world with care, honesty, and depth.
“I have come to believe over and over again that what is most important to me must be spoken, made verbal and shared, even at the risk of having it bruised or misunderstood.” - Audre Lorde
